Third Act and GrayPAC are already preparing to mobilize voters in key races across California, Michigan, Maine, Texas, Pennsylvania, and beyond. During this call, we’ll talk about what’s at stake in these races and the many ways you can get involved—from having in-person conversations with voters and writing postcards to textbanking, phonebanking, and more.

With gubernatorial elections taking place in 36 states, along with critical races for state legislatures and public utility commissions across the country, there are countless opportunities to make an impact. And we’re honored to be joined by Representative Justin Pearson, who has served in the Tennessee House of Representatives, representing the 86th District, since 2023. He is now running for Congress in Tennessee’s 9th Congressional District in the 2026 midterm elections. He is a true leader at the heart of climate justice and democracy fights, from redistricting to reigning in AI data centers.

And we will hear from Third Act Lawyers on how we can show up to protect the integrity of our votes and democratic processes for this critical election.
